 personal care?\nCooking, shopping, cleaning or laundry?\nReminders to 
 take medication and/or attend health appointments?\nWith letters or mo
 ney issues, including financial paperwork or going to the bank/post of
 fice?\n\n \nWithout your help in any of the areas above, would this p
 erson be able to remain living independently?\n \nIf you have answere
 d ‘Yes’ to any of the above, you may be a ‘carer’, even though
  you may not see yourself as one.\n \nThe City Carers’ Service prov
 ides practical and emotional support, information and advice to unpaid
  carers looking after an adult City resident.\n \nWe run a Carers’ 
 Support Group at 11am on the second Tuesday of every month at Tudor Ro
 se Court, 35 Fann Street, Barbican with regular speakers, discussions 
 and training.  All City carers are welcome to attend.  Respite break
 s can be arranged if you need support to attend meetings.\n \nPlease
