 ce in health and social care services, is holding a Public Board Meeti
 ng on Thursday 20th February. Come along and find out more about us a
 nd our work.\r\nWe will have guest speakers from the City of London Co
 rporation and Homerton Trust presenting information about changes to y
 our health and social care services to make them much more locally foc
 ussed and joined up in approach; often referred to as “neighbourhood
 s” and “integrated care”. Come and ask your questions, and find 
 out more about how you can get involved and have your say about these 
 plans as they evolve.\r\nThe Public Board Meeting will be held on Thur
 sday 20th February 3-5pm downstairs at Golden Lane Community Centre, 
 Fann Street, EC1Y 0RN. Our guest speakers will be presenting at 3pm.\r
 \nFor accessible entrance to the Community Centre please turn onto Fan
 n Street from Aldersgate, travel along Fann Street and turn left onto 
 Viscount Street, entering the Golden Lane Estate. Go past the barrier 
 and the Community Centre will be on your righthand side up the ramp.\r
