I have lived here for 30 years, and originally, the estate office was open for residents all the working week. It was never closed then for lunchtime. Nor did it have an early closing on one day of the week. We had 2 resident estate officers. Now we have none. And, why suddenly do they say they need to close for staff meetings etc? They did not need to do this for all those years, so why now? And, sometimes we receive notification that the estate office will be closed for one whole day. We are never given any explanation as to why.

My opinion is that the service is not what it was. And, I think the residents are entitled to a proper documented explanation as to these changes. Otherwise, I am concerned that more excuses will be given in the future for yet more closures. This is not what we pay our service charges for.
London Cycling Campaign for the City of Londontag:goldenlaneestate.org,2023-07-07:2323372:Topic:1735852023-07-07T08:02:32.321ZJohn Greenwoodhttp://goldenlaneestate.org/profile/JohnGreenwood
