<p>I was not aware of a FB page listing Outlook`s problems, but will check, as I`m already on FB. BT`s Call Centre leaves a lot to be desired! "3" were just as bad when I cancelled my contract with them. </p>

<p>I moved from BT to talktalk four months ago for the same sevice at less than half the monthly cost of BT ,there was no migration costs and the speeds are exactly the same .The only problem i had was with BT customer services being rude refusing to acept i wanted to leave and twice deliberetly cutting off mid call as i refused not to cancel the contract disgusting attitude from BT</p>
