<p>I don't know what others feel who also attended last night's meeting, but I think too much time is allocated for guest speakers, which leaves not much left for residents to raise their concerns. After all, I thought that was the idea of the meetings in the first place!</p>

<p>Our Repairs and Maintenance team are currently devising a programme for this work. As soon as I have further detail I will be informing residents.</p>
