I'm looking for a studio to rent. My ideal move in date would be early February, but I am flexible.

I am a 36 year old female professional working in the city and occasionally in Brighton.

I know and love the area as I lived in Amias House on the corner of Old & Central Street for a few years, I left that flat for a job in Glasgow, and now that I'm back in London I'm really hoping to move back to this neighbourhood.
