Does anyone have flat documentation for Crescent House flats?

Hello!

I'm currently experiencing a leaky tap in my apartment and I'm hoping someone can either point me to an owners manual or simply answer my question.

I've found the water isolation point and the cold water isolation point for the bathroom, however I'm unsure where the main stop cock is.

For context, I live on the second floor of crescent house.
