But it is a disheartening brush-off nonetheless. If the charity's partnership team had read the testimonies of 30 residents whose mental health is being affected by its sponsor, they would have understood that, yes, we have contacted ISG directly to solve the matter, to no serious response.

I am sure Mental Health UK does a lot of good work. But the "40 years of advice, information and support" for "people affected by mental health problems" mentioned on its website is, perhaps, like so many things during the coronavirus outbreak, on hiatus.

Thank you for your email. We are truly sorry to hear about yours and your neighbours’ experience and dissatisfaction with the COLPAI project.

Our partnership with ISG plc came about at the beginning of last year when colleagues voted in favour of supporting Mental Health UK for the next three years. Since then, colleagues from ISG plc have raised over £130,000 to enable us to support more people affected by mental illness. We are also working to create better mental health awareness throughout the whole of the organisation through series of training and campaigns.

As above, we are really sorry to hear about your concerns and if you would like us to share your communications with ISG plc then we can do, however we strongly suggest that you contact them directly to resolve the matter.

Kind regards,

The Partnerships Team at Mental Health UK
