Hello

I don’t know how this will cause little disturbance to residents especially in the lower flats of Crescent House and Cullum Welch.
Concrete drilling, concrete breaking and dust will make living, self isolating and working in our flats unbearable. Even everyday noises from the car parks vibrate into our flats so these works are going to be an extreme disturbance.

Such heavy construction work should be postponed. Surely another few weeks delay won’t make a big difference to COL or the survey.

I would be interested to hear what my fellow residents think about these works?
