The City has granted planning permission to demolish the beautiful Bernard Morgan House on Golden Lane and replace it with a much bigger building with no affordable housing. A Crowd Justice campaign has been launched to obtain specialist legal advice on the prospects of an application to the Planning Court for permission to judicially review the decision. The aim is to overturn the planning decision and have the future of the site reconsidered with proper regard to the community's views and needs.
