I agree. Also, we all received a letter today telling us the estate office will be closed on Monday 12 Sept. due to staff leave and 'training'. This is not the first time we have had this type of letter. The issue is us residents pay for a service from the estate office in our service charges, so there is no reason it should be closed, especially as there is an Estate Service Supervisor whose name I do not know on site. We also have a Resident Estate Officer, whose name we do know, the post of Estate Manager having gone. We need an update on what exactly these roles are, and an explanation as to what exactly 'training' means. Is it managerial training or training of estate porters?
