Hello, I’m Ceri and I’ve been practicing yoga for twenty-five years (and still learning!) A fully qualified and insured teacher since 2003, I draw on range of yoga styles for my own practice and when I teach, including Sivananda, Viniyoga and “yoga flow”.

The Golden Lane class is a general class, suitable for absolute beginners and those with some experience of yoga. We meet every Thursday at 7.30pm downstairs in the Community Centre (the old bar)

Yoga has many benefits. Regular practice can:

• Release stress, tension and develop mindfulness and focus in your life
• Increase muscle strength, flexibility and body awareness
• Improve circulation and range of motion
