Service Level Agreement describes the minimum standard that should be provided by the City of London for the provision of services on Golden Lane Estate. It contains details of what level of maintenance, cleaning, management and communication residents should expect.

Resident Responsibilities document outlines what is expected of residents on the estate to ensure a good residential environment.
