RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION MEETING - ALL RESIDENTS WELCOME

Golden Lane Estate Residents Association

Next general meeting will be held 3rd February 7.30 pm in the Community Hall


Agenda


1. Guest: Floral Bar Manager
An opportunity for residents to discuss any concerns regarding the new bar at 58 Old St (the corner of Golden Lane and Old St) since its launch in December.

Note that this is a tentative item subject to confirmation of availability of the Manager to attend the meeting.


2. Guests: John Levey – Local Ward Police Officer and Lorraine Cussen
John and Lorraine will explain the new Community Crime Fighters Scheme as well as recent changes to Ward Policing in the City.

5. Tenants: Decent Homes
Have tenants received a letter from the Housing Department (planned to be delivered in January) informing them of the outcome of the surveys of their flats and any planned renovation works?


6. Community Association Bar
Some residents of Bayer House would like to discuss concerns re: noise.


7. Tenant Services Authority
The new regulator of social housing is looking for tenants views to help formulate the new standards framework that they will use to monitor social housing landlords.

8. Any Other Business
Members may raise points of general concern to all residents

Please note that Committee members will be available immediately after the meeting to answer any individual questions. This will help to ensure that the meeting is kept to a reasonable length.
