Invitation To Unpaid, Informal City Carers

You are invited the monthly City carers’ support group meeting at 11am on the second Tuesday each month.

Venue - Tudor Rose Court Tudor Rose Court, 35 Fann Street, Barbican, EC2Y 8DY

Professional experts will be invited to attend and speak about the various requested topics for example:-

Dementia Awareness,  Stroke Awareness; Parkinson’s Disease; Occupational Therapy support at home; Solicitor  working with the elderly dealing with  e.g. Lasting Power of Attorney; Property and Affairs; Finances and legal tips; Will writing, Energy saving tips and - Demonstrations on planting herbs and flowers.

Stroke Awareness presentation will be on Tuesday 9^th July 2013  by The Stroke Project, TLC Care Services

With information about the Exercise and GP Referral Scheme at Golden Lane Sport & Fitness.

All City carers are welcome to attend and make some suggestions to the group.
