Save Bernard Morgan House

City of London

Builders in on a Saturday in Crescent House, 10:30am till 6pm, and bank holiday monday.

If you run a successful business and are a buy to rent landlord, why not have your builders work at the weekend and easter monday (bank holiday) while your tenant is away,or the property is vacant, saves you having to inconvenience your tenant, one must maintain a healthy cash flow, its imperative and good business practice, everyones a winner, wink at  your neighbours and carry on, after all you don't have to live here, and what is Easter anyway, whats wrong with these people, don't they understand you are running a profitable business, not a charity, although you may be registered as one, for tax purposes only, you understand, as Fusion-lifestyle is, tell the builder to put polythene over your windows, and pretend he doesn't  understand noise pollution, and visualise the work being carried out on your imaginary isolated detached house in the country where there are no annoying neighbours at home swearing and slowly going insane listening to your builders  SDS or hammer drill, sander, planer etc. Maybe the residents central committee could see their way fit to spending  some of the extortion I mean shed money on transcendental meditation classes, earplugs, nurofen and tranquilisers for those poor people without a second or third home or those who can't afford jaunty little weekends abroad and overly  sensitive hearing , who are annoyed by the use of heavy duty plant equipment in a high density concrete block of flats with no sound insulation, at least then they could sit cross legged with eyes closed vibrating across the concrete floor with the obligatory earplugs inserted, and imagine they're having an out of body experience.
