The estate office is pleased to inform residents that a new CCTV sytem is scheduled to be installed in the Crescent house underground area from the 9th of July 2012, and should be completed within two weeks. Cameras will cover all areas of from Baltic street entrance to the Fann street exit. It has been necessary to install the sytem due to several garage break-ins, fly tipping and the presence of non-residents loitering in the area for nefarious purposes. 

We are sure that this insallation will assit in creating a safer and cleaner environment for residents in this area.  The sytem will be installed by a company called ARKAS who are also responsible for the repair and maintenance of the electronic car barriers on the estate.  Disruption to garage users should be minimal, but we appologise for any disruption the works do cause.
