City of London Brass Band.

Morning all Golden Lane residents and a very Happy New Year to you all! I`ll be at St.Giles Cripplegate on the evening of the 15th January, to watch the City of London Brass Band. I was heavily involved with the Friary Meux Brass Band, when I worked for Friary Meux Brewery and I found the music uplifting.

Hope to see some of you there on the evening?

I used to play the flugelhorn.

Non Nathan. I was their official photographer. Been trying to find some images, but that was in the good old days of film!

I just remember the headmaster making me play Dvorak's new world symphony in front of the whole school at assembly one morning, and no one booed or gave a slow hand clap, lol
