City of London Consultation: Draft Code of Practice for Deconstruction and Construction Sites 2017

The City of London is seeking views from all stakeholders on the refreshed and updated Code of Construction Practice (2 KB) . It sets out the approach to ensure the use of the best environmental options in planning and managing construction and deconstruction (demolition) in the City of London.

Views are particularly welcome on the proposal outlined to apply monitoring fees to developers for an enhanced a more proactive approach to monitoring of sites by City Officers.
