To advise, an application made on behalf of ISG was received last week by the City and Islington Planning Departments. The request was to enable COLPAI to work extended hours (07.30 to 21.00 Monday to Saturday) in line with the recent Ministerial Statement, which was discussed at the recent Planning and Transportation Committee.
 

Officers assessed the application alongside London Borough of Islington colleagues and agreed that the site is densely populated and that the proposal would have an adverse impact on the community, and it has been refused.
