COLPAI Project Weekly Work Update – W/C Monday 23 March

Dear Neighbour

To ensure that the school building is delivered on time for the City of London Primary Academy Islington to take possession of the building in December 2020, some weekend works may be necessary. We are writing to you today to inform you that as the COLPAI Project moves into the next phase of construction we will be changing the way we notify you of potential weekend working.

As you will be aware, we avoid working Saturdays when possible, but as we move into a new phase of works it may not always be feasible to include details of weekend working in the weekly notice that is issued. However, if weekend works are to take place, we will be issuing this as a separate notice via email and posting notices in estate noticeboards. We will aim to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of weekend works taking place.

Any weekend working that does take place will be confined to our agreed 9am to 2pm working hours and will take place on Saturdays only. To ensure that the impact of these works is kept to a minimum the site team will continue to follow our established working practices.

Please see below activities relating to the COLPAI Project, which are due to take place from Monday 23 March 2020.
