Please see below activities relating to the COLPAI Project, which are due to take place from Monday 27 July 2020.
Monday 27 July – Friday 31 July ISG works will include:
- Completion of steel frame and decking to school hall
- Construction of Structural Steel Framing System (SFS) for the external walls
- Continuation of grounds works and drainage
- Continuation of pile caps to basement residential block
- External scaffold to the school building
- Continuation of brick cladding
- Installation of sewer heading
- Installation of drywall.
There are no works scheduled to take place on Saturday 25 July 2020. Following our previous updates regarding security on-site, ISG has now reverted back to CCTV monitoring. ISG has put in place a rapid response service, which will respond promptly to investigate any alarm activation on-site. We will update you with further information on ISG’s alarm investigations shortly.
Deliveries Deliveries taking place throughout the week include:
- Delivery of concrete to the site
- Delivery of bricks and blocks to the site
- Delivery of scaffold to the site.
ISG On-Site Security
- Security guard on-site full time 7am – 6.30pm (Please note that there has been a typographical error on the past weekly updates that noted security on-site is between 7am-6.30am. To confirm security is on-site full time until 6.30pm. Please accept our apologies for any confusion caused)
- CCTV security cameras are now monitoring the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City of London Corporation also has CCTV monitoring of the site in place.
Working Hours Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 2pm
Consented Reduced Impact Hours During reduced impact hours, works will still take place on-site. However, works will not involve percussive machinery or other similar construction involving heavy machinery.
Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm
