Please see below activities relating to the COLPAI Project, which are due to take place from Monday 4 May 2020.
Monday 4 May – Thursday 7 May ISG works will include:
- Construction of reinforced concrete superstructure to new school building
- Construction of further welfare on the ground floor of the school
- Construction of slab to the new school hall
- Excavation to the residential block
- Continuation of ground works and drainage.
Works are not scheduled to take place on Friday 8 May (Bank Holiday), Saturday 2 May and Sunday 3 May.
Deliveries Deliveries taking place throughout the week include:
- Removal of excavated spoil from the site
- Structural Steel Framing System (SFS) and boards to the site
- Concrete to the site
- 6F2 granular fill to the site, which is a mix of crushed concrete, brick and mortar.
ISG On-Site Security
- Security guard on-site full time 7am – 6.30am
- CCTV security cameras are now monitoring the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City of London Corporation (City Corporation) Works - CCTV The City Corporation has installed one 24/7 CCTV camera on-site to monitor the works. The works on-site were completed on Thursday 30 April. The system is only active within the site boundaries and cannot be directed beyond the boundary lines. Due to COVID-19, the City Corporation is keen to monitor the site closely and ensure operations are in compliance with social distancing requirements.
Working HoursMonday to Friday – 8am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 2pm
Consented Reduced Impact Hours During reduced impact hours, works will still take place on-site. However, works will not involve percussive machinery or other similar construction involving heavy machinery. Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm
