The issue of residents use of community space has I think been discussed by GLERA before. The allotment group were informed by Fusion that we had to pay £30 an hour or something like that for the use of the old nursery, even if there was no commercial booking for the space at the time. The instruction to charge had come from Bob Jacks. GLERA were requested to write to Bob Jacks/Fusion to strongly advise against the charges, for the community interest groups on the Estate. I was unable to attend the last GLERA meeting, so don't know if this was reported on, but it would be good to ask Bob Jacks/Fusion or GLERA for clarification
