So far there has been a chap taking photos. Today someone else took a drill to the outside kitchen walls , making what seems like random gouges into the concrete.

Not sure if this is for testing or if they are creating gouges to repair.

Happy to be illuminated

I would suggest checking out the state Engie has left the commual walkway on the raised ground floor of cullum welch house (resident's area). Loads of the concrete on the balustrades (inside) has been drilled away. A contractor turned up without notice with a heavy drill a few wks back and did the intrusive work directly outside resident's doors.  Its been left in an awful state.
