Crescent House Communal Heating

Hi All

In the management review, there is a provision to installed communcal heating in Crescent house at a cost of GBP 15,230 per flat (this must be an from an old section 20 proposal).


Does anyone know what this is about? does anyone have the original section 20 letter to review?
