Crescent House Flat for rent August

Hi,

We are looking for some fabulous new tenants for our second floor beloved Crescent House Flat.

Ideally, we would like a long term tenant and someone who will enjoy living at Golden Lane.

It would be a private rental, unfurnished but freshly painted, and available from mid August.
