Yet again this morning, Saturday 23 December - we are experiencing pixelation on tv channels in Cullum Welch House. When will this ever stop?
In addition to this, residents on Floors 4 and 5 have been without a lift now since October. We have not received any notification when the works are likely to be completed. Indeed no one is working on the lift at all at the moment to my knowledge.
Maybe we should withhold our rent for a couple of months until services are restored?
All very well sending letters through about paying for a text service showing your "rent balance" but please can someone keep us informed
I shall be contacting our local councillors unless someone does something fast.
