We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to our neighbours for the disruption caused by the activation of the fire alarm on the COLPAI site on Wednesday evening. We understand that the alarm was activated at around 7.18pm and took nearly two hours to resolve.
 

We have carried out a full investigation into this matter and we now know that the fire alarm was activated by a heat detector in the main office block. We are continuing our discussions with ISG to ensure, as far as possible, that this situation does not occur again. There have been some questions raised by this incident. We will publish a more detailed overview of the alarm activation and our responses to those questions shortly.
 

Thank you to those residents who notified ISG of this situation in such a prompt manner and, once again, our apologies for what must have been an unpleasant disruption to your evening.
