Save Bernard Morgan House

City of London

These are pieces of rusted metal that fell from a height of 4 or 5 meters, they fell onto a walkway near the leisure centre in the basement of Crescent house. They are a result of many years of water ingress, probably due to long term blocked drains. The metal fell from rusted rotten electrical trunking.

Hi Nathan - you need to keep all of these photos (including the falling concrete too) as they will help prove that most of the maintenance bill for the Estate is due to City of London NEGLIGENCE as a landlord and should not be dumped on the tenants and leaseholder's shoulders!
