The Resident Involvement team are chairing the second Home Owners Forum meeting  on Wednesday, 30 November 2011 at 5.30pm-7.30pm in the community hall at Middlesex Street Estate, Petticoat Square, London, E1 7EA.

The topic of the next meeting is Customer Service Standards.

Purpose:

The purpose of the Forum is to provide an opportunity for home owners from across the City of London estates to come together and discuss issues of collective concern and/or interest directly with the City of London as the landlord.

Specifically it is to:

Ensure the principle of value for money is adhered to in all service charge matters and general service improvements,

Be part of decision-making processes affecting home owners, but the Forum does not have the power to make decisions binding on home owners.

The forum is open to any interested home owner on any of the City of London owned and managed housing estates.

A map of the location is here.
