I wonder why people don't give a s**t about their fellow residents. Putting aside the racket I hear every weekend outside with the people that can't handle their drinks or drugs, why do some people on this estate show a total disregard to their fellow dwellers. I know that in the big scheme of things it's not a life changer but I wonder what happened to respect. Take the charming people who seem to enjoy chucking a bag full of bottles(guessing it's wine or beer) down the chute from the top floor at all hours. Usually at 5 in the morning or in the early hours. The noise it makes as it crashes past my flat is not nice. There is a sign asking politely to do it between 7am and 9pm but as with anything these days no one takes any notice and does what they want. Then I get the group of people who crash down the stairs like a herd of elephants at 2 in the morning at the weekend all shouting , screaming and banging the railings. I'm not some grumpy old man in my flat I just thought it would be nice for people to show some decency for a change. But I guess i'm just old fashioned.

Anyway. I feel better for that.

Have a great weekend
