Hi

Has anyone had a good experience or know of a Good 'local' Care Home

with Nursing that can look after a Dementia Patient with broken pelvis/hip

socket that needs more time to heal and then be rehabilitated?

Sudden notification of discharge from hospital into care now makes this

placement URGENT.

Access for visiting will be by public transport and a Home as close as possible

to Barbican will allow for the continuation of my current visits of 5 times per week

to the patient for both personal care and support; all relevant to well being and good

morale.  Also has less toll on my energies and allows for other visitors to more

readily visit.

Would welcome your suggestions.

In the interests of speed, it would be highly useful to know if the Home you have in

mind has immediate availability to take a new Resident after they have assessed him.

Thank you.
