I live on the first floor of Crescent House near the lift. Over the past couple weeks there have been several incidents of people having very loud conversations in the hallway at night and early morning. And just now I have been awoken again.

I would like to request that fellow residents who have a habit of hallway talks please be a bit more aware that we can hear you and that your discussions are often echoed by virtue of the construction of the sound that echoes from the internal terrace construction that makes for a sound tunnel between all the floors.  I can hear these conversations from the second and third floors.
