The AGM is to vote for the new committee, set the membership fee for the year, vote for any amendments to the constitution and identify the priorities of residents for the coming year

The Committee would like to specifically encourage more Tenants to volunteer for the Committee so that it represents the proportion of Ternants  and Leaseholders on the Estate.
