We hope you are well. As you may be aware, the COLPAI Project Team has been progressing with discharging planning conditions relating to the City of London Primary Academy Islington (CoLPAI) school, residential building and on-site works.

In October 2020, applications were submitted for approval of details to discharge the following conditions:

• Condition 43 – Delivery and Servicing Plan (DSP) for the new school
• Condition 44 – Delivery and Servicing Plan (DSP) for the residential/commercial use
• Condition 46 – Collection of refuse.

The applications have now been validated on London Borough of Islington’s and City of London’s Planning Portals and the supporting documents and plans are available online.

• Condition 44 – P2020/2679.
