I've always wondered why rats haven't moved onto the estate, I've seen plenty of ants, cockroaches, mice and spiders in Crescent and Hatfield House but no rats. Its good that people dont suffer from arachnophobia in Crescent House. Have a look at the attached photos, they seem to like the lights, must be the heat, lets hope they are not the false widow (Steatoda Nobilis) variety.
