Having reported Human Forrest to the Environmental Team, as HF have breached there promise not to drop off bikes at the docking zone in front of Cuthbert Harrowing House at unreasonable times. No Bikes will now be dropped off between the hours of 11pm and 7am at any point around the Estate, encompassing Golden Lane Baltic Street and Fann Street!!

The environmental team have asked me to forward this email address on this site to report any late night disturbances whether it be bike drop offs, or any anti social behaviour. The email address is pollution@cityoflondon.gov.uk

Please don’t leave it to others to complain, if it’s a noise nuisance please report it.

Thank you. Meanwhile abandoned ebikes across the estate also an increasing issue.

Police claim ebike companies have pledged to remove reported dumped bikes within the hour, but this doesn't seem to happen in practice. It took Lime 24 hours to remove this bike I reported that blocked access to cycle and bin stores and the school.

I know eBike companies have implemented geolocking to prevent bikes being brought onto other estates, so that is something we could also investigate.

It’s something GLERA could look into, and the Common Councillors. I have reported the dumping of street bikes on the Estate, not only to Human Forrest, but also to Lime.
As we have many kids on the Estate that have bikes, (which isn’t a bad thing) and some that don’t, they use the docked bikes, which when they can’t ride anymore just leave them scattered around the Estate. Could GLERA or our Common Councillors remind the School’s surrounding the Estate, (which some of the children use the Street Bikes) and the Youth Club based in the Community Hall, to respect the area and not dump bikes when they can no longer use them. It shouldn’t take an accident for something to happen!
