To lovely neighbours
Hi All,
My boyfriend and I have been renting a room in a shared flat in Cuthbert Harrowing House for over a year now and are looking to move into a small flat of our own.
We have really enjoyed our time at Golden Lane so far and would love to carry on living here so we’re looking to see if anybody knows of a studio or 1 bed that is available to rent from September / October.
We are a professional couple, I’m an architectural assistant and my boyfriend is an Interior Designer, and we both work locally.

We're planning on renting out ours (but it's a 2-bed maisonette) from Sept/Oct. Sounds like that's not quite what you're looking for, but if you are interested let me know.
We're keen to rent to someone who knows/ loves the estate and will enjoy living here as much as we have.
