Keepmoat, the contractor responsible for the re-cladding project at Great Arthur House, are sponsoring 3-4 places places on the above course which teaches individuals how to teach other individuals how to cook. Please note, this course usually costs £3,200 per place so this is a golden opportunity for someone who is considering going into to the catering or food and hygiene business.  Also, a food hygiene certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course.  needless to say, first come first served!
