Water mains stopcock in Cullum Welch House

Hello. Can someone tell me where the mains water stopcock is in the Cullum Welch flats. I want to renew the kitchen pipes but cannot find the stopcock in the flat. I imagine it's in the same place in all the flats. Thank you. Mathew.

Hi, mine is in the floor of the hall cupboard nearest the lounge. Cheers.

Thank you Simon. A great help. Mine was under the floor of that cupboard! Not a good place if you needed to turn it off quickly!!
