EXHIBIT is hosting a pop up 2-day Kundalini Yoga sessions on 14th & 15th July 2021 (Wednesday & Thursday 6 - 8pm).

8 spaces only for each day.

Teacher: Claire Quinn.

Day 1 - Technology of Kundalini, understanding the human body and soul, yogic breath, locks and mudras.

Day 2 - Kundanlini practice, Pranayam, Kriya, Meditation & Deep Relax

Claire is Yoga Alliance qualified & insured yoga teacher. She teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga but blend a range of energy techniques (tapping, mudras, breath work) and mindfulness into her work. She also use healing modalities such as flower essences & essential oils to give people an embodied, rejuvenating, and grounding practice that helps offset tension and stress.

Claire currently runs a community class in Springfield Park every Sunday and teach locally. Classes are all levels and she especially welcome beginners or those new to yoga. Claire also teaches privately, in small groups or at businesses as part of their wellness offering.
