Fusion Gym - our noise neighbours

9am Sunday and Fusion have booked a guy with a power jet wash and roaring generator to wash their tennis courts. He was here yesterday morning too.  The rattling generator booming off all the concrete surrounding - bliss!.  Why bother thinking about us residents before you booked this - sure, we just live here. Why not book it for during the week? Why a Sat and Sun morning. Sun in particular when noisy works are not allowed by COL.

And it is just as filthy as it was before he "cleaned" it, as it was when they had it "cleaned" a couple of months ago, doing it at the weekend would put their customers at least inconvenience, and the residents? what are they going to do about it? the same as they did before.

On Sunday morning around 9.30 am I went in to Fusion to find out more. I was told they had arranged the cleaning with the Estate office quite a while ago. However there was no formal ie written arrangement, just a verbal one. I understand that someone from GLERA is going to follow up this week. If you can you should also contact the estate office to let them know you were affected. Their details are here:
