Get the low down on your blood pressure and cholesterol and get a professional assessment of your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Then take action for a fitter future. Free session for residents and manual workers aged 40-74 who have not previously been diagnosed with heart disease, stroke diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure or kidney disease.
No need to book. Just drop in between 11.00 am and 3.00pm
