Event Description
In this friendly, informal class trained chef and cookery book author Laura Washburn will be teaching us how to make some lovely warming recipes using winter vegetables. We will be making a bean or root vegetable soup, following by roasted squash (or pumpkin) and finishing with an apple pudding.
Everybody is welcome and there is no obligation to even participate - you can just sit and watch and ask questions.
All classes finish with a shared lunch of what we have cooked.
The classes are free of charge, although donations towards the ingredients are always welcome.
