How to make Pesto and Elder Flower Syrup
Potting & Preserving– a series of sessions showing how to preserve produce and use up harvest gluts. Held on the forth Friday of each Month
This months activities: preparation of different types of pesto, preparation of elder flower syrup, use of anything available from the garden, maybe making fresh pasta or gnocchi to go with pesto
