City & Hackney NHS are offering free health checks from 10.30am to 4.00pm in the Walbrook Room, City Business Library at Guildhall. Your blood pressure, BMI (Body Mass Index) and cholesterol will be checked and you will get advice on how to maintain and improve your health.
