Your surgery doesn't just describe pills - it can now "prescribe" a range of things such as exercise sessions, activities, social groups - all things that can help improve your health and wellbeing.
Beverley James of Family Action will be discussing "Social Prescribing" and how it can help you at the Barbican Library - Thursday 28th January [12.30 - 13.30].
