COLPAI Condition 37 - Expansion Joints

Dear Fellow Resident

The COLPAI project team are looking to discharge conditions relating to expansion joints in the new residential block.

Condition 37 requires that:

“Before any works thereby affected are begun a scheme for the avoidance of expansion joints in the elevationshall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.”
