Installing a new boiler

I'm thinking of replacing my old leaky boiler before it breaks down on me mid winter. Does anybody know the correct procedure to get this installed regarding Listed Building etc.. It would mean making a hole through the brickwork (it pains me to say it) for the flue. Can anyone recommend an installer familiar with the estate?

Hi stefi,
At the estate office they have a print out of the standard conditions for any work carried out in the estate. In there you have all you need to carry out the works following the corporations procedures. I warn you in advance...be patient

Hi Stefi

we had our boiler replaced last year and can highly recommend the engineer we used. He does lots of work on the estate. Send me a message if you'd like his info.
